1. Introduction: These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any goods (“Goods”) by the seller (“Seller”) to the buyer (“Buyer”) through the Seller’s website (craftsburg.in) or other e-commerce platform. By placing an order for Goods, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Ordering: The Buyer may place an order for Goods by following the instructions on the Seller’s website (craftsburg.in) or e-commerce platform. The Buyer’s order will be deemed to be an offer to purchase the Goods from the Seller. The Seller may accept or reject the Buyer’s order at its discretion. If the Seller accepts the Buyer’s order, it will confirm acceptance by sending an email to the Buyer.
3. Price and Payment: The price for the Goods will be as quoted on the Seller’s website or e-commerce platform. The price is inclusive of any applicable taxes. The Buyer must pay for the Goods in advance, using the payment method specified on the Seller’s website or e-commerce platform.
4. Delivery: The Seller will deliver the Goods to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges. The Seller will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the Buyer’s failure to provide accurate delivery information.
5. Warranty and Liability: The Seller warrants that the Goods will be of satisfactory quality and free from defects. If the Goods are found to be defective, the Buyer should inform the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The Seller will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Goods, or refund the Buyer’s payment. The Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the Goods, except as required by law.
6. Cancellation and Returns: The Buyer may cancel an order for Goods at any time before the Goods are dispatched. If the Buyer cancels an order, the Seller will refund the Buyer’s payment. If the Goods have been dispatched, the Buyer may return the Goods to the Seller for a refund, provided that the Goods are in their original condition and packaging. The Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Seller is based.
8. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Seller’s website or e-commerce platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the sale of Goods.
