You can cancel your order online within an hour, and after it has been accepted, we will reimburse your payment within 48 hours, with the change appearing in your account within five business days.
Your original mode of payment will get a refund for the amount of your order. To cancel your order, go into your account and select Recent Order.
If an order is canceled after one hour, processing fees of 30% of the order total will be applied.
An order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
